World Sepsis Day 2026: PRAETORIAN in Action
On 13 September 2026, PRAETORIAN researchers took part in activities in Paris and Barcelona to raise awareness about sepsis and the importance of research.
In Paris, Divya (DC8) shared information about sepsis and her PhD research on sepsis-associated encephalopathy using zebrafish. Posters were displayed at Pharmacie du Pont Louis-Philippe, helping bring sepsis awareness and research closer to the public.
In Barcelona, Diba (DC1) and Csillag (DC4) visited laboratories and distributed awareness materials. They spoke with researchers about sepsis, its causes, early recognition, and how research can help improve diagnosis and treatment.
These activities are part of PRAETORIAN’s commitment to share scientific knowledge, raise awareness, and connect sepsis research with the wider community!
